Josh did a great hob, very friendly, highly recommend

Stewert and his crew worked hard all day and installed a new HVAC system and water heater in my home and also cleaned the ducts and vents. Their work was thorough and professional. They were very easy to talk to and answered all my questions as they went. Thank you guys for a great job!

Absolute professionals in their field of vapor cycle cooling and heating systems! Ryan is especially above board!!! Chris worked diligently to service both of our A/C units and explained any deficiencies that our equipment had. He was polite, courteous and also explained our membership benefits along with scheduling a future service and an estimate appointment for some additional work. We would definitely have Chris return for future needs.

Steve and the rest of the team at Artic Air are amazing. This is the best HVAC company in volusia and Flagler counties. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we get from them.

3/18/2026. Peter Strickland was the technician who came to replace a capacitor and filters that needed replacing. Very nice young man. Arrived on time and took care of what needed to be done. Great experience. 2/19/2026. Big shout to Erica in the Artic Air office. I have been talking to her for many years now scheduling maintenance and repair work. She has always been so helpful and taken care whatever needed to be done. Today, she found a solution for a problem I was having getting the filters my units use and saved me a bunch of money in the process. Thank you so much! I just had to replace my 44-year-old air conditioning unit. Friends recommended ARTIC Air. The technicians arrived slightly ahead of schedule, wore shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt into the house, and carried out the—not exactly simple—job with great diligence, expertise, and professionalism. Their extremely courteous and friendly demeanor was particularly noteworthy. Should I ever need further work done on my A/C, I would specifically like to be served by Rob and Drew again. Stewart and Alan were very professional and knowledgeable. My installers did a fantastic job installing my new air conditioner.

Our technician today was Chris T. He did a fantastic job. Not only was he skilled and kept us in the loop the whole time, he was polite and pleasant. This was a checkup on a brand new HVAC that Artic installed about a month ago. On both occasions it was a pleasure to meet the techs and we saw what a great job they all did. In the future we will ask for Christ T. for sure!! We highly recommend Artic.

Update 3-13-26: Google reviews seem to be kinda bizarre - it keeps linking me back to my older ones rather than allowing me to write a new one. So I'll just update Last week Plumber Bill from Arctic Aire came to put in new water service lines and drain to a utility sink we needed in our wash room and connect our water supply to an outside hose line faucet along with a cutoff.He did a great job on both tasks. We have an older house so there are going to be lots of historical 'innovations' to the utility services. He had studied the area when he gave us our estimate for the job and came prepared for the install. When he was done the sink (stainless steel) was tested for leaks and smooth drainage worked well. As a bonus the sink was also much more sturdy. The outside faucet install was a little tricky to get new cutoff a junction to the supply line and routing the piping from the pump house to the faucet piping. He put it all together with the need to be able to drain the water from the lines during our mercifully brief winter freezes. Works great. So couldn't be happier with the work he did for us. Professional, courteous and worked with us during the planning stages. Update 9-16-25:: as you might guess with all these updates our home is an older one and had a number of issues when we bought it that we are now addressing. Alan and Stewart from Artic Air came to replace our a/c and air handler. The units we had had significant issues and were old enough to make doing repairs like slapping a bandaid over a serious wound. The removal of the old equipment and installation of the new went smoothly and efficiently. Both techs were very pleasant and competent, and we are very pleased with the results. We also had fiberglass insulation blown in over our existing attic batting to increase the R-level. Thank you Artic Air! My 5-star rating is unchanged. Updated 8-27-26: Steve Kiener a maintenance technician for attic air came to inspect our AC unit. He was very thorough in his examination of a 12 year old system and we had a very good conversation of his findings. Needless to say much needs to be done. He even found a small leak in a nearby gas line and made arrangements for the gas company to come out the same day! We are very satisfied with his visit and recommend him and the company highly. Richard D. And Brandon replaced the electrical panel in our house which was out-dated and had a number of ‘problems’. They were on time when they arrived and were done by five. The work done was done professionally and courteously. They did not hesitate in answering our questions or addressing our concerns. Richard was the person sent out initially to look at our system and it made the job flow better because of his prior visit. There are other things that need to be done in the next two days of the job but I have every confidence it will be done correctly and to our satisfaction.

The service that was provided for my HVAC system was the most thorough and comprehensive I have ever had. Having lived in Florida most of my life, I am quite familiar with the need for home A/C. The technician that serviced my system was the absolute best that I have experienced. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional, without a doubt the BEST maintenance service ever. Peter provided great service with my A/C system. Checking the outside and inside components. Arrived on time and was very efficient. Recommend him without hesitation!

Reese Taylor was absolutely wonderful, polite, respectful, and extremely thorough.

My tech was Casey Pitts. I can’t give him enough praise. I have always asked for Casey for the past several years. He’s always punctual, he’s polite, always does an excellent job. I can’t say enough good things about him and I’m glad that I’m now with Arctic air. I think this company is the right fit for me and my family and will be using them for all my needs in the future. Thankfully, Casey found an issue that needed to be addressed and has already reached out and the part has been ordered. Hopefully everything will be finished within a week ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So glad that I did have my maintenance check done. Casey found an issue with the unit and luckily it was covered under warranty was able to order the parts and come back within a week and install new parts. Working properly now. Also brought to my attention that he heard water outside and found that a pipe was leaking to the irrigation system. Unfortunately, your plumbing department isn’t ready yet, I needed you desperately, but was able to get that fixed so he was a real godsend. Who knows how long it would’ve been spraying water if he had not been outside doing his job. So glad I am now with Arctic Air. Hopefully in the near future, I will be able to reach out to you for all my a/c, electric and plumbing needs. Again, Casey gets five ⭐️ plus, for being so attentive and helpful. He’s the best!! March 2026 Had my second maintenance visit for the year. Casey Pitts, my tech arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Always has my best interests in mind. And did recommend several add ons to the unit. He’s a great addition to your team and the reason I changed to Arctic Air. So glad to hear you now offer plumbing and electrical. You will be my one stop shop from now on. As always it’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ experience.

Semi-annual HVAC maintenance was performed by Chis T. We have had Chris previously at our home and have always been pleased. From induction to driving away, he was highly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. Any service provider would be like to employee him. Steve Kiener came to do annual maintenance on our package unit AC and our mini-split system today. Steve is personable. He's clear in his communication, gives great explanations, and answers any questions you have. I feel confident in the condition of both units after the maintenance was completed.

There are not enough words to express my pleasure and satisfaction with the work these two gentlemen did. I watched them put in 110% for what was a simple pump out and turned out to be a clog. They didn’t charge me for the services we didn’t use and they were affordable and fast! These are my go to guys and I highly suggest them to anyone!

It finally was time to change my Air conditioner after going on 27 years. Artic air sent out Stewart and Alan who were very professional and it was an overall great experience using Artic Air.

Alan and Stewart came and did an excellent, very efficient job. They was very quiet, never even woke either baby one time. They cleaned up there area perfectly and left everything looking better than they found it! My dogs even stopped barking pretty quickly and that never happens! Thank you so much for a wonderful installation!!

Josh was a great tech, very kind, gave clear explanations about how he was completing the task and findings of system functions. His demeanor was one of kindness and safety , I felt very confident in his completed maintenance on my new unit! Having the next appointment included in the onetime fee for Summer plus a fee inspection of plumbing and electrical as part of it is a bonus and incentive to keep proper maintenance!

I never reviewed last year, when service was installed, but Artic Air is amazing! Three hours after the sales rep came, we had a fully functioning HVAC unit! This morning's check up visit from Ryan was great! He came when he said he would, was informative about the unit, worked quickly, and answered my questions! Highly recommend Artic Air!

I had my heating go out. called Artic air left a message and returned my call next day. Josha came out and fixed the problem. it was the thermostat. he also did a maintenance on the unit. he was very nice and i would recommend Artic air and also Josha to do service for your system. also if u need a new system give them a call

Ryan with Arctic Air was very professional, arrived on time, showed me what was needed, and set me up for filters and for my next visit. I paid for a yearly maintenance visit for a total of $249 so $125 for this visit.

Brandon was very professional loved his work. The price was great. Would request him back again for any other work in the future
