Five Stars, without question. I had Artic Air Home Services replace the entire duct system in my home - a job that was anything but straightfoward. The old system was under the house, in rough shape, and essentially non-functional. Not an easy project by any measure. They sent Alan and Stewart - I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They tackled the removal of the old system without complaint, sealed off the old ducts properly, installed the new system with meticulous attention to detail - checking everything to make sure there were no leaks - and then cleaned up completely when they were done - and I mean completely. What really stood out is their dedication. They stayed late to make sure the job was finished right, not just finished. That kind of work ethic and professionalism is genuinely rare these days. If you're looking for a company that takes pride in the details and sends people who actually care about the quality of their work, look no further. Artic Air has earned a customer for life.
