We had Artic out today to get our AC cooling here in Shearwater/ St Augustine. The system was not turning on do to an electrical issue from construction it appears. John (electrician) arrived within 2 hours of us calling & diagnosed the issue. John & his teammate Shawn took the time to explain things & Artic even followed up with Jordan from the AC department to verify everything was working properly.
Highly recommend the Artic team if you have issues from construction or even want to upgrade things from the cheap builder items we have in our homes. Very impressed with their quick arrival & the communication from their office.
I know who to call now if we have Electrical, Plumbing, AC issues.

Eric showed up to replace a faulty evaporator coil and had our house feeling like Alaska in no time. Super professional and very courteous. We couldn’t be happier.

We’ve been having AC issues and Josh was amazing. He checked EVERYTHING over very well and helped us figured out the problem. He now know all of our options and can make the best choice. He is very nice and professional and answered any questions I had. We will definitely be calling him again for any future needs.
