We were having a problem with our AC, water was dripping out on the floor . Jim from artic air came out on a Saturday morning, told us what was going on after he checked a few things and took care of the situation. He is definitely a technician that knows what he is doing. Thank you so much Jim and thank you artic air for having a great technician as him. 100 % happy !!

After a recent power outage, my AC stopped working, so I contacted Artic Air. Thankfully, they were able to provide same-day service and the issue was fixed. Their technician, J. Jensen, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problems in detail, along with preventative measures for future outages. I’d highly recommend them. 10/10!

Josh was amazing during our service call today. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail. He even went as far as to climb into our very hot attic to check our ductwork and insulation. I will request Josh for any future calls!

I repeat myself. Super, top-drawer company. Today another AC issue and Artic Air was their usual responsive self. Responded & fixed in hours... really appreciated when it is 100 deg outside. Yet again, Artic Air, namely the people, were exceptional. The office was nice and VERY responsive. Josh J who repaired my unit was basically terrific... in knowledge, interpersonal skills, explaining, listening, and exceptional in his AC knowledge/action. Well done, sir. My toilet was leaking through the wax seal. Austin went above and beyond to address all previous issues and concerns. I would highly recommend Artic Air as they stand behind their work.

So We came home on one of the hottest days in FL and of course, our AC was not working. 85° inside. And even more frustrating, it is a brand new house, with brand new everything. But things happen and all we can do is deal with it. So I called Artic Air to get it fixed. Jim (our service tech), was able to get to us earlier than expected, he is very professional, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. He got our AC fixed and cooling the house down very quickly, and the price was reasonable for the repair needed. If you are having trouble with your HVAC, I recommend Artic Air for sure. And maybe you'll be lucky and get Jim!!

On the firs service visit Stephen arrived on time, found the problem very quickly and advised he would need to order a replacement blower motor. The motor arrived early, he returned at the scheduled time and replaced the motor in short order and checked all systems were functioning correctly. As always he was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and provided excellent service.

Our service tech was on time through and did a great job. He deserves a raise.

Steve balkham was our representative. He came the next day early in the morning and repaired our air conditioner. He was very polite and friendly. He was knowledgeable and explained everything carefully to us. We purchased package service package so that hopefully this will not happen again. He explained the service package to us and exactly what he was going to do on the repairing the the motor. We were very pleased with his service

Eric and Brandon came out today and were wonderful. Eric completed service on our HVAC system and Brandon completed service on our Generac. Both of them were kind and professional. Eric provided recommendations for our system and explained their benefits. Brandon was able to walk me through how the Generac functions, since we just moved into a home that already had one installed. Thank you both!
