Not only was he on time, professional, and extremely friendly, but also 100% knowledgeable about our unit and answered every question we had. I would highly recommend this company as well as this technician and we will definitely be using their services again!!

Frederick Bryan arrived promptly and knew immediately what the problem was - a knockout plug. He made the necessary adjustment, made sure the dishwasher was draining properly and was on his way. Since this was a call back, he did not charge for the repair. I love Artic Air!
