Casey Pitts arrived at about 8:30. We talked about my concerns and he went to work servicing my A/C system. He made me aware of multiple issues in my older system. I decided to wait until next Spring to consider a new system. He did advise me of possible price increases. My system did well all summer so I was not too worried about Winter problems. Casey is the tech I prefer to deal with in the future. He is very personable and easy to work with. I am very happy with my service call.

Artic air was amazing to work with. The initial service guy came out and diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote to fix my 10yo unit. Then I asked about a new unit. Travis the sales rep came an hour later and spent time explaining all my options and helped with financing. We went with a new unit and the installation was very smooth. This company is very professional. I will be using them for all future maintenance and service. I love my new lennox unit. I highly recommend Artic Air.
