Eric was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and had our air-conditioning unit up and running and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. It's not often you come across someone who combines professionalism with such a great attitude. He did an excellent job, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Arctic Air Home Services is fortunate to have a technician like Eric. Highly recommend!

Artic Air responded within an hour of my call on a Saturday. Eric Allen, the technician was very knowledgable and thorough giving the indoor and outdoor units a complete assessment. He figured out what was wrong and was very good at explaining to me exactly what the problem was and what repair was needed on each unit. The repairs consisted of replacing both the capacitors and installing a surge protector on the outdoor unit voltage circuit to help prevent damage from electrical spikes which may have been the cause of my problem given the electrical storm that passed through Palm Coast. The system was repaired and now is running fine. Also let me know about the drain outside that runs underground, cleared it and added water. Took a while to start dripping. Something to take note of. All in all I was pleased with the service that was provided to me by Eric Allen of Artic Air. As far as the price goes, from what I looked up on line, the cost seemed reasonable.

Our technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the issue and corrected the problem. We appreciate his attention and commitment to getting our air conditioning up and running quickly.

Artic Air, I do believe that they are the best around.

After having another company come in to replace my water system, it looked like a maze of pips and leaked. This did not worked like it was supposed to. I think this company’s pick up a body off the streets to fill the spot.

Artic Air came in and fixed it, very professional down to earth and they know what they are doing, which is a A++, #1 in my book. Austin is my technician. Very professional and I am keeping him.

Josh presents himself as experienced businessman. His appearance is neat. He covers his shoes before entering my home. Introduced himself & listens to why I needed Technical repair for my two air conditioners.
