I had the sad fortune of losing Randy as my guy but was thrilled with the service I received from Steve Kiener. This man is the most respectful and competent service tech I have ever had, bar none. I would be thrilled to have him as my serviceman for many years to come.

Sometimes you are lucky enough to find a company that performs exactly as advertised. Today I had such an experience.

I was in need of a company to service and maintain my heat pump as the company that installed my unit has since gone out of business. My neighbor refered me to Artic Air for they had installed his heat pump and done all the servicing since and he was very happy with the service provided.

Trusting my neighbor's judgment was the best move I have made in a very long time. On the day I called they were able to do my service. Randy was my technician and he was so incredible to work with I have requested they send him to do all my future heat pump servicing. Randy had no problem answering my stupid, layman questions. He was respectful of our needs and our property. He even wore shoe coverings every time he entered our house.

Bottom line, if you are in need of an HVAC expert or even an electrician, don't hesitate to call Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services.

Now for an update. I can't say it any other way. This company is the absolute best HVAC(and so much more) company I have ever worked with. Reese Taylor has been my tech for a full year now and I am so impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. Everyone I have dealt withers been very good at what they do but Reese takes it to a whole new level. I'd give him ten stars if I could!

We recently had our bi-annual HVAC maintenance performed on four office units, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Our technician, Reece, spent nearly 10 hours on-site, constantly moving between floors, running up and down stairs, and climbing ladders to access rooftop units. By the end of the day, he probably got more steps in than most fitness trackers can count.

Most importantly, he was thorough, professional, and determined to get everything working properly. He diagnosed and corrected several issues, cleared multiple clogged drain lines, and made sure all four systems were operating as they should before wrapping up.

It's refreshing to work with a company that takes the time to do the job right rather than rushing through a service call. We appreciate the hard work, attention to detail, and dedication shown throughout the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable HVAC service and maintenance.

Stephen Balkcom arrived as scheduled to review our concerns about our one-year-old upstairs system not cooling. He first verified the outside unit was operating properly, which it is. He then had to access the attic to assess the situation up there. Mind you, it's at least 100 degrees up there! Stephen took several photos as part of his investigation and showed them to us to corroborate his findings. The duct work is in terrible shape; portions are completely or almost completely collapsed. After contact with the office he went back into the oven (attic) and initiated 'temporary' repairs. Honestly, it looks like they are permanent. Meanwhile, Stephen had requested Travis to come out and discuss duct replacement and costs. In short...Stephen spent approximately 2+ hours investigating and 'repairing' the ducts. I felt so bad for him because of the incredible heat. HOWEVER, Stephen never complained; provided top-notch courtesy and above-and-beyond professionalism. Many thanks for sending Stephen Balkcom to our residence.

Josh, came out promptly and on time; performed adequate and timely maintenance. He performed his job and remained respectful to my home. Leaving me informed and satisfied.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do before he started, midway through the process and cleaned everything up when he was done. He also had some recommendations but didn't pressure me into making a quick decision. Very kind and polite.

He was on time for each service call.
Because we had to wait for parts to arrive. Arctic Air loaned us two room air conditioners to insure that we could get a good nights sleep.
We are so grateful to Shane for bringing them out and helping us set them up.

We had Artic out today to get our AC cooling here in Shearwater/ St Augustine. The system was not turning on do to an electrical issue from construction it appears. John (electrician) arrived within 2 hours of us calling & diagnosed the issue. John & his teammate Shawn took the time to explain things & Artic even followed up with Jordan from the AC department to verify everything was working properly.
Highly recommend the Artic team if you have issues from construction or even want to upgrade things from the cheap builder items we have in our homes. Very impressed with their quick arrival & the communication from their office.
I know who to call now if we have Electrical, Plumbing, AC issues.

We were very happy with the maintenance and the new AC install. The mechanics were prompt and the work was done in a professional manner.

My wife and I just had Stephen come out to service our a/c. One of the few times you are truly thankful for who you got. This guy is beyond not only a great technician but an amazing person as well. We could have talked to him for hours. We will definitely ask for him personally when we need anything in the future!!!

The Technician was very Professional, he explained each process as he went along and made suggestions on preventive maintenance.

Eric did a great job coming to my rescue. The unit was leaking and he made necessary corrections along with educating me on how to troubleshoot. I appreciate his efforts.

Our bathroom flooded in our house with water going outside of it. We called Arctic Air. He was professional and ask questions in order to find the problem. The problem was found and our plumber did a phenomenal job fixing it. THANK YOU.

Friendly, fast and easy communication. Although we only needed minimal checkup this time we signed up for the long term maintenance plan they offered. Jordan arrived early and listened to our concerns then evaluated our needs. He offered solutions and answered our questions with efficiency and clarity. We even discussed long term solutions for future upgrades. Very satisfied with their service and performance ethics. Definitely a trustworthy company to deal with.
