I had a great experience with Artic Air. I had an issue where my heat wasn't kicking on when the thermostat was telling it to. Artic sent Stephen out to take a look at the system the same day I called, and he diagnosed and fixed the issue within minutes of arriving. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and my cat also seemed to like him. I will be using Artic going forward for all my HVAC needs, and I 100% recommend them to anyone within their service area.

My air conditioning quit providing cold air and the pipes were freezing up. I called and had a person arrive the next day. By the time Jerry left, my unit was running correctly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable and Jerry was a wonderful person. I cannot recommend this business enough.
